A: Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 500 pieces per style and per color.
Q2: Can you produce my design, logo, and brand?
A: Yes, we accept OEM & ODM service. Customized logos, designs, prints, branding, colors, and customized packaging are all fully available.
Q3: What is your payment terms?
A: We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% balance due upon receipt of the copy of B/L. We also accept L/C, PayPal, and Western Union.
Q4: What is your delivery time?
A: The standard production and delivery time is 60-90 days after order confirmation and deposit payment.
Q5: Can we get a sample first before mass production?
A: Yes, certainly. Typically, once all design details are confirmed, the sample will be ready for dispatch within 7-10 days. Please note that sample fees and shipping costs apply.
