2. How much is the sample fee and is it refundable?
The sample fee is $50. However, the final quotation may vary slightly according to the craft you choose and the shape and size of your logo. This sample charge is fully deductible from your bulk order when you place the bulk production run.
3. What is your lead time for samples and production?
Once the payment is received, samples are completed and ready to ship within 2-4 working days. The timeline for bulk production depends on the size of the order and customization specifications.
