Of course. We can handle various processes such as embroidery, printing, and woven labels. Please provide your vector graphics (AI/EPS format) and process requirements, and we will provide you with a quote.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) are our core businesses. OEM: If you have complete samples, design drafts, and process sheets, we can produce strictly according to your requirements. ODM: If you only have a concept or reference style, our design team can provide a one-stop service including artwork design, fabric recommendations, and sampling.
What if there are quality issues with the bulk order?
We place great importance on product quality and customer reputation. If you discover manufacturing defects upon receiving the goods that are clearly our responsibility, please immediately provide photos/videos as evidence. We will negotiate solutions as soon as possible, including discounts and restocking, to minimize your losses.
How do you conduct quality control?
We implement comprehensive quality control: IQC: Incoming inspection of raw materials and accessories. IPQC: During production, quality inspectors conduct patrol inspections of each process (such as cutting, sewing, and ironing). FQC: 100% inspection of finished products to ensure they meet your quality standards.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time for sample orders: 7-10 work days. The delivery time for the bulk order is approximately 30 days.
How do you handle logistics and transportation?
We can provide various trade terms to meet your needs, such as FOB, CIF, and EXW. We have established long-term partnerships with many reliable freight forwarding companies and can arrange sea, air, or express freight for you, as well as handle all export customs documents.
